Not a guaranteed they will be able to sit with you at your booth. Sadie's Sourcery LLC, management, nor the facility will assume any risk. By acceptance and signing of this agreement the exhibitor agrees to hold harmless Sadie Galvin and the event center/ hotel/ ect. Which releases us from any and all liability for damages, injury, or loss of personal property, or goods which may arise during or as a result of this event too include all their employees, workers, spouses, and partners. All exhibitors are considered independent contractors having all the necessary permits, licenses, insurance, credentials, and taxes are the sole responsibility of each exhibitor; this includes your employees, workers, spouses, and partners. Booths are only to have one business or healer/reader- you can have booth under one business, only two people per booth. You are allowed to have one reader/ healer and product. If you choose to have multi-layered space, please have one person for the reading and one person to man the products, this ensures the customers receive proper customer care. Only products and services approved will be permitted in your booth. No sub-leasing booth. Vendors/ Healers are asked to donate items for hourly drawings. Also bring promotional items (Business cards, flyers of services offered, books you've written, ect.) for display table. Please dispose of your trash responsibly when leaving at the end of the day; it's expected that your space is as you found it and clean from any debris. We are all here to lift and support each other. This is a spiritual expo please refrain from any unnecessary drama, complaning, harassing of other vendors, competing behaviors, slandering of other vendors or any other ill behavior, which will affect the energy of the show. We want this to be a positive experience for everyone. If these actions take place, you will be asked to pack up and leave the premises. Your payment will be forfeited. Let's have fun doing our work. You understand the the organizer (Sadie Galvin) has the right to discharge you from your booth at any time with no refunds. You are solely responsible for your vehicle. All vehicles must be moved from the parking lot to the designated parking area after unloading. We are not responsible for vehicles. No Vendor/ Healer is allowed to take down or pack up booth untill the event is over. All participants are asked to help with advertising the event.
